About me
I’m a social worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults across community, hospital, and primary care settings. I work with people who are navigating a wide range of life experiences, often during times of change, uncertainty, or overwhelm.
Much of my work has been shaped by supporting people living with chronic illness and chronic pain, as well as those adjusting to changes in role, identity, and daily life. I also support people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of trauma. Across all of this, I take a holistic view of people’s experiences, with attention to the ways physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and environment are interconnected.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the importance of being heard and understood. I offer a steady, supportive space where things can slow down and begin to make sense. I believe in people’s capacity to move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values, even in the midst of difficulty. I am bilingual and offer therapy in both French and English.

Working Together
My approach to therapy is warm, curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where people feel genuinely met, heard, and emotionally safe. Many clients come to therapy carrying experiences, emotions, or patterns they have had to navigate alone for a long time. Part of the work is having those experiences witnessed with care, while building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity.
Together, we may explore patterns that have developed through life experiences, relationships, stress, loss, or ways of adapting over time. Therapy can offer an opportunity to better understand these patterns and gently begin exploring new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you in ways that feel more aligned with the life you want to lead. I believe the pace and direction of therapy should be deeply individual, and I strive to adapt the work to each person’s unique needs, goals, and readiness.
While I integrate different therapeutic modalities and perspectives into my work, including EMDR therapy, the relationship itself remains at the centre of how I practice. I work from a relational and trauma-informed lens, grounded in the belief that healing often happens through connection. Through the experience of a secure, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, it becomes possible to explore new ways of understanding yourself, navigating challenges, and moving through life with greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
